Revell

Welcome on board, that’s how I started at Revell in October 1990. Ulli Taubert on the left, he was head of the product development department at the time and responsible for everything to do with car and die-cast models. Next to him was Volker Vahle, he did everything to do with packaging, ships and airplanes. At that time, there were no military vehicles such as tanks and trucks in the Revell range. My task was to develop trucks, trucks and fire engines and this area was exactly my thing. Unfortunately, my work in the Bünde company ended in 1995. The parent company in the USA was of the opinion that the “waterhead” in Germany was too big and cost too much money, so 37 employees were laid off, including me. Although I no longer worked at Revell, I continued to work for Revell because I had converted my work as a product developer into self-employment. And so it continued after 1995 with the development of impressive models.
