More than 40 years after the American LaFrance kits from AMT/Matchbox came onto the market, a manufacturer of model kits dared to produce another ALF kit and that was the Chinese company Trumpeter.
This kit is ideal for conversions, be it as a turntable ladder, tower or as a TDA, meaning the version as a Tractor Drawn Aerial, a turntable ladder on a trailer. Unfortunately, this model does not have an engine, the rims are too small and there are not enough chrome parts. But better than no new fire truck from America.
